We are here to help independent housekeepers find high-quality jobs, earn better pay, and reduce your "non-billable" time to almost zero.

Our matching process works for everyone involved and keeps expenses down, without affecting the housekeeper's pay, so that more working families can afford to have a housekeeper, and more working housekeepers can afford to have a better life.
You tell us what your availability is, what areas you want to work in, what type of cleaning jobs you will accept, what tasks you are willing to do and which ones you are not willing to do, and what types of homes or clients you are looking for. (Recurring residential, move-in/out, post construction, vacation/rentals, larger, smaller, no pets, etc.)
As an agency we take care of: advertising, phone inquiries, estimates, customer service, scheduling & billing. We manage the website, newsletters, updating paperwork, client agreements, collections and credit card processing fees.
As an Independent Housekeeper, you take care of supplies, liability insurance, and cleaning to the client's expectations. For consistent, high quality work you earn 60-70% of each booked job (which is about $20-$30 per cleaning hour.) The job rate charged to the client will include the agency fee, and you will keep your own established clients. You can then add to your schedule the clients who we match you with.
The client covers the referral agency fee, and the agency covers credit card processing fees. The housekeeper covers the cost of products and mileage.
If the client requests you back, and you request to work with the client again, then its a match! If not, then you can request to be matched with a new client, and the client can ask to be matched with a new housekeeper.
Once invited to register, you can start accepting work as soon as you would like to. (After screening, interview and voluntary orientation. Our entire process takes about 7 - 14 days.)
Professionals are paid weekly by direct deposit, (You must have a bank account) and receive a Client Request form for each job, rates and percentages and 1099 tax forms at the end of the year.

Agency work may not be suitable for professionals who are seeking immediate full-time 40 hours of weekly work. Once a candidate passes our screening process, including FBI clearances, and registers with our agency, we can begin to refer client requests. However, it takes time to match the perfect clients with the perfect housekeepers, and to build good, ongoing relationships.
